The hotel's location near Mannheim railway station was incredibly convenient. We were able to easily access transportation and explore the city without any hassle. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a great stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also remarkable, with the rooms and bathroom being of a good size and well-maintained.

Nice staff, daily cleaning, mini-fridge with complimentary water and juice. Quiet and not busy location, near supermarket, station and center. Staff friendly and helpful, close to railway station and civic center. Easy parking at 11.30 pm. Good base for exploring the city.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to travel around the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and even provided complimentary coffee to our room upon request. there is a supermarket nearby and the city center is just a short walk away.
The WiFi connection was unreliable and frustrating to use.
